Ingredients to prepare four to six bread rolls
- Brown Bread slices (you can cut the corners of the slices if you like)
- Boiled Potatoes – 2
- Chopped onion – 1
- Coriander leaves – finely chopped
- Oil for frying
- Salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder- 1/3 teaspoon (in case you like spicy you can add more)
- Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato ketchup for serving
Method:
1. Take two boiled potatoes and mash them.
2.Add chopped onions and coriander to the mashed potatoes
3. Now add salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder in the mixture.
4. Now take a bread slice. Soak it in water and immediately squeeze the water. It is to make the bread soft and easy to roll. Make sure bread doesn’t break
5. Now put the mixture in the bread and make it into a roll.
6. Keep the rolls for drying for some time
7. Now fry them in the oil. If you use white bread it will turn golden brown. In case of brown bread it will be little dark
8. Serve with ketchup, Mayonnaise and hot tea.
