Receipe of Shahi Paneer

Here is receipe of shahi paneer

Shahi Paneer Ingredients:

  • Paneer – 250gm (cut them into cubes)
  • Onions – 2 to 3
  • Tomatoes – 3 to 4
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Salt – According to taste
  • Red chilli powder – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder (haldi) – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder (dhania) – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cream/Malai – 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato ketchup – 1 teaspoon

How to make Shahi Paneer

Take a pan, put oil to heat

2. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Cook them till they change their color.


3.Add Onions and cook till they are golden brown

4. Now put tomatoes and cook till oil separates

5. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and cook for 2 minutes.

6. Add tomato ketchup and cook for a minute

7. Put off the gas and keep the mixture to cool a bit. After cooling down grind the mixture with the help of a grinder and make a fine paste.

8. Put the mixture again into the pan and add cream. Cook till ghee separates.

9.Add one cup of water and cook till the gravy rises and becomes thick

10. Add paneer cubes and cover it with lid . Let it cook till the cubes softens.

11. Take it out in a dish.

12. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
