Icecream pakoda’s

Icecreams are everyone’s favourite. You might have eaten many kinds of pakoda’s but this is an intresting mix of hot and cold.

Try this crunchy twist to your icecream.

Icecream Pakoda Ingredients:

  • Bread crums – half bowl or crushed rusk 5 to 7
    Icecream – Any flavour of your choice
  • Maida (All purpose flour) – half bowl.
  • Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder – 1/3 teaspoon.
  • Turmeric powder – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Ajwain – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Oil for frying.

How to make Icecream Pakoda’s

  1. Take readymade bread crums or crush 6 to 7 rusk cakes in a grinder and make your own bread crums.
  2.  Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, ajwain and turmeric powder to your bread crums.
  3.  Now take half a bowl of maida in one plate.
  4. Now take out the icecream from the freezer .
  5. Take a big scoop of icecream and roll it with all purpose flour (maida)
  6.  Now roll the same with bread crum mixture and keep these rolls in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  7. Meantime make oil hot in a pan or kadahi.
  8. Fry the rolls in the oil till the bread crums turn golden brown (between 3 to 5 seconds)
  9. Serve immediately.
